Oakland
This designated historical Victorian house in Oakland was built in 1896. Project scope included lifting the house to create a new 1st floor with two one-bedroom apartment units. The existing house was completely gutted and rebuilt with seismic upgrading and new plumbing and electrical systems. All interior and exterior trim was milled to match the original details. Green building techniques included a combined radiant heat and on demand hot water system, fly ash concrete foundation slab and green certified building materials. This building was certified GreenPoint Rated by Build It Green, earning a 49/50 score.

Berkeley
This designated historical Victorian building was built in 1895. Although originally built as a house the building had been converted in the 1970’s to office spaces. Project scope included lifting the building to create a new 1st floor with commercial office space. The building was completely gutted and rebuilt with seismic upgrading and new plumbing and electrical systems. All interior and exterior trim was milled to match the original details. Green building techniques included a combined radiant heat and on demand hot water system and green certified building materials.
